'Stayed for one night as a stop over so didn't really get to explore the area but the room was lovely, large and airy. Large bed, towels and soap provided along with drinking water. A mosquito plug was provided. The bathroom was great, really clean and toilet paper was provided. The manager Shya (sorry if it is spelt wrong) was lovely, really helpful and made sure we were comfy. A booklet with things to do in the area was provided with some history of Kottayam which was nice to read.

'Room was clean and the air conditioning had been on, so we entered to a cool room. The food was exceptionally healthy.
All the staff were great but the standouts were Daniel k and Prousha. They both went above and beyond to make a wish of mine come true. '
