Everything was as listed.The only thing that I noticed was the ceiling.Popcorn was coming off in several places.Other than that , it was perfectly fun

Beach relaxation
The condo was as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and they even had a little snack basket available. Towels were plenty and bed comfy! Do bring your own shampoo and soap. Great views from both balconies. There is a private balcony which is wonderful without all the eyes from neighbors on you but it’s extremely tight fitting for two people on plastic lawn chairs. The parking is limited when accommodating a large truck and enclosed trailer. So be careful where you park and make sure you have your proper parking pass visible. The pet area is spacious but be careful where you walk. Everyone is not as conscientious about picking up after their pet! The hosts were assessable and responded quickly when called. I WOULD book with them again!

it was as it says in the add. nice place to stay. the only thing I didn't like was the elevator was slow because of being on floor 15 and so many using it. would stay there again.

High in the Sky
The room was awesome, turned out to be too high for my boyfriend, Tom was AMAZING and put us up in a property a few miles away which was nice as well. There was a Mexican Restaurant a block away and it was great! Tom’s communication was super helpful and so appreciated…..if the heart of Myrtle Beach is what you’re looking for, this is a good place….

Nice quite get away
My stay was wonderful. The place was clean and nicely decorated. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy the chairs were for reading. The kitchen had everything I needed. The building is dog-friendly, so many guests, including myself, had small dogs. The best thing about this room is being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Both balconies face the ocean, which I loved. I will rent this room again when visiting Myrtle Beach.

This property was very clean inside. I smelled the clean scent soon as I enter the room. I enjoyed staying here on my vacation. Everything was right in the area that I wanted to do. The overall stay was perfect. I will consider booking this property again.

We enjoyed our stay here along with our pet. Bed linens smelled clean and overall room was clean and comfy. Lots of towels. Lots of channels on the tv. Loved just coming to room, punching code and done. No waiting in line or hassles.

We were glad there is a vac to clean the sand up. The bed & mattress was comfortable even with a back issue. Plenty to linens. Property was ok for allowing dogs. The two improvements would be cleaner floors & a few more kitchen items needed. Overall easy process nice place.

I have been coming to stay at this unit twice a year for several years now and it never disappoints!
I decided last minute to invite a guest and reached out to the host to request an additional parking pass. The host is awesome and responded immediately and assured me that an extra pass would be in the room at check-in. And it was. I greatly appreciate the host going the extra mile for me. Thanks Tom!!! Fantastic experience
Perfect getaway for the winter. Having two balconies to choose from was great. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, washcloths and bath supplies.Could watch the sunrise from bed at this time of year.Tom is very attentive and responds quickly. Resort was clean. Outsideand inside pools were not heated as a couple hot tubs were not. But we were able to enjoy three of the hot tubs including the very quiet and private heated lazy river. We've been coming to Myrtle Beach in the winter and summer for over 40 years... this was one of the best experiences ever!

winter break a success!
great communication from owner, and property as described. Seemed there was a dog before us who marked some areas, but they were found and cleaned up with supplies under the sink. Microwave seems to need replaced as it worked and then didn't work throughout our stay. Very happy with privacy of balcony and view, would book again!

This property was just as advertised. Owner was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Loved that we did not have to deal with the front desk. Parking was convenient. Would definately stay again.
