'Sheets were dirty,seen couple of roaches,didn’t have sufficient cookware. Bed was terrible because of big dip in middle of mattress. Couldn’t use oven because wasn’t any pans or pots to cook with only two small pots and two small frying pan, one big frying pan, plus oven door wouldn’t stay closed. So was no need to cook in the oven. WiFi was terrible. Wall sockets in big bedroom didn’t work where the lamps were.
Only top half of the socket work. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not knowing what pool...

'Wasn’t bad but as far as the pots they did not have frying pan & when i asked to have one send to the room I never got one elevators could use some AC & the refrigerator ice maker didn’t make ice the Switch to turn it off & on was broken & plus it made so much noise it sound like a dryer stoping & in the bathroom the water was going down the drain very slow overall wasn’t the best but was the worse I would stay again but I give them 5stars because they are pet friendly..'

We noticed the mold in our first room as well as paint markings which we assumed were painted over mold spots. upon moving to the second room there was still mold. In the second room. There was nothing special about the rooms and they didn't really meet the quality of other hotels that I've stayed in. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again because of the quality of the rooms, but the staff was excellent in trying to make...

'The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was old and outdated and smelled very musty. The moisture from the AC unit made the room feel damp. Some of the outlets didn’t work and neither the lamp in the table. You couldn’t beat the location which was near the boardwalk and the pool and lazy river were fun. Spent a good amount of money and just would expect more for that. The property was just outdated and pricing is comparable to other properties near by.'
