« Booked a cabin as per the photos, but got a shoebox hotel room… checked out early…. No refund…. Not happy »

« We were doing a very short SYD-MEL-SYD trip. Benalla was just 2 hours out of Melbourne so it made for an easy drive home. Its a very nice town, right on the river with great artwork, good restaurants for some takeaway and nice coffee shops for breakfast. We were very happy with our accomodation. The apartment was a good size with a king size bed and a nice bathroom with a shower and spa bath. »

« Location was excellent for access to river for fly fishing. »

« We had such a lovely stay here. Everything was absolutely spotless, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the whole setting was so peaceful and serene. The little luxury touches made it feel extra special, including local Muscat available to sample. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring Milawa and the King Valley. It was exactly the relaxing little getaway we were hoping for and one of those places you genuinely want to come back to. We absolutely loved our...

« Nice motel for a one night stop. »

« Comfort. Elegance. Luxury. These three words best describe this highly curated King Valley property. Staying here for two nights of relaxation and rejuvenation after four weeks of road travel around Tasmania and Victoria is worth every dollar, and is a perfect self-care indulgence. I will be saving again in the next five years for another pampering stay here when I turn 70. It is a great goal to stay alive! »

« Great location! The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend it to others. Breakfast is not substantial but ok. »

« Easy check in, lovely staff, clean and tidy cabin, walking distance to town »

« We had a fantastic stay at Alzburg Resort and would happily come back! It’s a great place for a relaxing family getaway. We especially loved the pool, spa and sauna. The kids had a wonderful time too — the spa, tennis court and games room were definite favourites and kept them entertained throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and one of the things we really appreciated was how every room opened out onto a lovely green space. There were also plenty of outdoor benches and seating...

« A nice family on-the-road stop. Highlights: easy access, quiet through the night, comfortable bed. Lowlights: 2 minute noodles were in the kettle from the last client, and the adjoining brick wall had about 4 or 5 finger-sized holes drilled into the brickwork, which were really a bit odd/creepy. We blocked them up with paper in case they were cameras? More likely just nail holes for artwork, although a bit low for that… but surely there’s a reasonable explanation. Other than that, would book...

« We needed early access to our room due to a family function in Mansfield. The manager was very obliging and we were grateful to be able to swap out of our travel clothes. The motel is in a great location near the Main Street and the coffee shop/cafe next door is brilliant. The rooms are well maintained and quiet. I will return for sure. »

« Room was clean and tidy, Easy walk to town and just around the corner from the golf club which is a nice place to eat and visit. »
