Muskegon is a destination like no other, located on the shores of Lake Michigan with world class beaches. There is so much to do and see, beautiful sand dunes to the north, an amusement park with roller coasters and waterslides. Restaurants right on the beach and a downtown area with breweries, theaters, museums, and social districts. So much entertainment, with festivals throughout the year. This cottage has a great location to it all. If your looking for a place to relax and restore look no further!

Beautiful and remodeled for the 2023 season this waterfront cottage is located on all sports Mona Lake with Lake Michigan access. The cottage has over 2000 square feet of living area with 4 large waterfront bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one on each level. The downstairs bathroom has whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and custom glass block walk in shower, the upstair bathroom is located off the queen bedroom and has a standup tile shower. Relax in the outdoor sunken hot tub (open year round) and an additional 800 square feet of multi level decking with gorgeous panoramic views of lake!

Cottage also has a large fully-stocked kitchen, a laundry room with washer/dryer, free WiFi, a 2021 Bennington pontoon boat (available May 15th through Oct 25th, Mona Lake use only), 2 kayaks and a canoe are included with the rental. Enjoy the lake with a waterside deck with attached dock. Enjoy the evenings making memories around the large fire pit and wood is provided. Bring your own boat if you wish the boat launch is just down the street.

Getaway Weekends also avail. from Labor Day to Memorial Day.

Great Stay!
My family visited for a long weekend due to my daughter’s dance competition in Fruitport. The home was clean, appeared as advertised, and had everything we needed (plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc). Communication from the hosts was excellent - clear, friendly, and timely. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and making s’mores on the fire pit by the lake. We’d definitely visit again!

Wow! This house was beautiful. Fully stocked with necessities. Amazing view of the lake. Close to the grocery store for last minute needs. Heated floors, comfy beds. My suggestions: • giving the person who booked a heads up before calling with details. Or giving them the option for a call or a detailed message/text. It isn't always easy to answer a phone. • A bath mat in front of the shower in the 1st floor bathroom. • Quick guide to the hot tub. We hope to be back again soon!

Great Gal Time at this Lake house!
It was a wonderful ladies weekend at this lake house. Unfortunately the weather was not the best but somehow sitting in the hot tub while raining makes up for it! The house was perfect for hanging out around the long counter/island with open concept into the livingroom. The boat was great to do a chilly ride around to check out the site. The beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. Would highly recommend!

Lake Mona Experience
Rarely is a house in person as it is in pictures. This one was. Never perfect, but you always hope for new/clean and comfortable. We rented this 2-story knowing we would not be able to use the 2nd floor/stairs, due to a disability. But we found we did not need the upper floor at all. We slept in the lower bunks of 2 bunk beds and had a/c in the room. Bathroom shower was a bit hard for our use and bathroom very small, as well as some attention was needed (spiders indoors and outdoor furniture (dirty) and geese were an issue, but we used the hot tub. And large center island in kitchen - very nicely new. We were house hunting so we were not there as much as we would have liked. I would stay here again, and anyone seeking a nice house with available boat should highly consider this property.

Perfect Getaway
All of us sisters/ nieces came in to relax before my baby sister got married. We enjoyed the lake and sitting around the fire. We made breakfast, lunch, and dinner and had enough pans for everything!! Communication with the property manager was on point. Can't wait to return.
