'Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. '

'We stayed in unit 10. Very small room for two queen beds. A king would have been just right. One bed was against a wall making it difficult to get out of it. Only one nightstand for two beds? The TV was impossible to watch from one of the beds. Dining / sitting area was tiny. Had to move the table out to sit in the other chair. 'They lied lied lied!!! There is NO PRIVATE BEACH not even a public access!! There is no elevator, no turn down service, no office, no new towels every day, loud obnoxious outdoor bar patrons, windows don't work, musty smell, tiny fridge that was frozen over, horribly uncomfortable bed, shower faucet dripped whole time and was dingy, unsafe local area, TV is a joke-2 different controllers, no local stations, outside light dining in all night, keypad entry hard to see at night. 'The rooms are okay for the price you’re paying. Clean enough and had all you need. WiFi was terrible with almost no reception and the hot water in the shower was either cold-ish or either super hot. Thermostat was bugging I suppose. It was mentioned to the reception tho.'

'Room was disgusting. You can tell the bathroom and room walls havnt been cleaned in months if not years. TV didnt work. The pool hasnt been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. '

One room was broken into with the door latch unable to lock, another room had no running water, while my disability room was on the second floor. 4 unsatisfied guests tried to get their rooms exchanged, during my check in, to address their issues, to no avail. Construction began at 8:30 a.m. with hammering loud enough to awaken sleeping guests.'

'The key they assigned to my room did not work. The front desk attendant changed my room for another room. I use the card key one time then I couldn’t get into the other room he assigned me. I can only get into the room do the attendance key which is very inconvenient. Plus they wanted a $50 deposit that I will get back through credit card 5 to 8 days. So I gave them cash to get the money back the next day overall there’s a lot of problems that I didn’t have to go through if I went to another...

'All employees were great- but….when I checked in and got settled in my room, I quickly realized I had no running water! No sink, no toilet no bathtub water. I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I went to the front desk and they said it would be about 30 minutes. I had a meeting and was gone about 2 hours, when I got back to my room, still no water! Took about another 20 minutes or so. Water finally comes back on but my toilet wouldn’t flush…I walk down to the front desk...

'The room was actually nice I was on the second floor there was a fire and my money is supposedly being refunded so I’m waiting on that have not got a notice as of today'
