'We had a great experience with Black Hawk. Everything was well maintained and clean with just the right amount of kitsch. There were flowers planted everywhere and other thoughtful touches. We arrived after experiencing reservation issues at another hotel and it was refreshing to have such great customer service after the first hotel failed us. I would definitely return!'

'Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.'

'It was clean, the AC worked, the hot water worked and the kids loved the pool. Checking was a little slow but when I went to get towels it was quick and easy. The free breakfast was nice the lady spent hours cleaning and cleaning.'

'I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.'

'This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..'

'Such a great experience with my family. Genuinely enjoyed the area & staff were amazing! Deluxe cabin was clean & comfortable. Park was right where I was still able to keep an eye on my children. Pool was warm and fun! Definitely will be my go to spot for my mini trips to the dells.'
