'Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at the property. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The only thing I did not like is that it was not a microwave in the room to warm our food up but other than that everything was great. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting San Juan, Puerto Rico. '

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'The hotel restaurant had great food and drink options. I’m a coffee addict and the coffee was freshly made, hot, and on point! The room’s air conditioning was great. The WiFi was strong. The staff was amazing and attentive. They were always smiling and treated us like family. We will definitely be back. Kudos to management!'

'The location was excellent especially if you’re staying for more than a day. My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days so we went to the grocery store which is a 2 min walk to get some groceries for our stay. They have pans, dishes, utensils for you to prepare food. They also have microwave to heat up any food you may have brought back with you from a restaurant. If you’re a coffee drinker they have a coffee maker and coffee grounds, sugar and small creamers.
