'Friendly staff, great service and great breakfast '

'Stayed here during the summer, breakfast was great, we were given a menu and a choice of continental selection. Breakfast cooked fresh so we booked again. Sadly this time we were greeted with a breakfast buffet which wasnt the same. Therefore we would not be in a rush back, hopefully the cook will ge brought back '

'We only need a place to sleep en shower, but than it should be pleasant en clean. This hotel offers that very well. Good beds, clean bathroom, all the basic requirements including wifi. The staff is friendly, the included breakfast sufficient (full english if you want), the facilities are modern and bright. It is next to restaurants and fitness club and easily accessible by main roads. For one night of a whole week, this place is good to stay.'

'Ok for a stopover '

'Overall the hotel was ok. The bed was hard and a four poster, which wasn’t very tall, so I had quite a few head bumps. We stayed during the cold snap and the room didn’t have great heating, however reception did provide an additional electric radiator which worked perfectly. Overall staff were great, parking was easy, it is dog friendly but not all rooms are from what I could gather so you should check in advance if it’s ok. 'We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame. As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn...

'Jammer geen restaurant door bank holiday.'

'Staff were friendly. Room was not nice at all. Carpets dirty and damaged. Bathroom had black mould all over the ceiling and smelt very bad. Not a great experience at all. Whole place needs a big revamp '

'We were accosted at reception by drunk patrons, upon entering the room we noticed the smell of urine, brown curious stains and smudges on the walls .. bugs on the sheets and black mold on the windows'

'Een prachtig gelegen hotel met een super vriendelijke service. De enige verbeterpuntjes die ik zou kunnen noemen zijn krakende vloeren en de wachtrij voor het ontbijt op zondagochtend. Maar alle belangrijke zaken waren prima in orde. We hebben heerlijk overnacht. Helaas hadden we geen tijd om van de Spa faciliteiten gebruikt te maken.'

'We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful. We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. Next time we will try the spa. '

'It was not our first time in the Barns. I find it very good value. The rooms are large and clean and the breakfast is good. Plenty of parking and free wifi.'
