'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. 'Small room ac wasn't working well. Batteries ran out of the ac remote. And then the guy staff loses the key to the room i was staying in after i give it to him when he comes to change the batteries to the room. and wants me to find it. The next morning tryna act like I gotta pay a fee for lost key when hes the one I gave the key too.'

Reservé una habitación por 37 dólares, cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que no hay habitación disponible para mí, el de recepción me dijo que me conseguiría una habitación en un hotel cercano, ví lo que pagó una habitación más económica que la que había pagado, tuve que caminar en una zona que no conozco. Realmente ese manejo del hotel no es ético ni adecuado. Cuando llegué al nuevo hotel reporté la situación en la app pensé que me harían un reembolso por ese disgusto, no fue así....
