'Very good place to stay. Our king bed room felt spacious. Powerful shower with good temp range, but in a tub base. Had all the necessary bathroom amenities. Bed was comfortable. All basic amenities included. Seems it's been recently renovated so has a new feel. But limited charging abilities if everyone has a couple devices or more. Location is great. 'I needed a hotel overnight in relatively close driving distance to Homebush. The staff at Gladius welcomed me. The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette, KS bed and heaps of wardrobe space. Everything was clean and modernised, and even though it's on the corner of a main road, it was quiet. I would happily stay there again in future.'

'I’m not someone who ever complains but I think it’s different when in Aus you would expect to have cleanliness standards atleast met (overseas I feel like I’m not as fussed because I know the economy affects jobs and hospitality and venues etc) anyways the room was so extremely dusty hadn’t been cleaned in years kind of environment, floor was dirty never mopped or cleaned, shower was dirty (we genuinely kept shoes on 24/7 unless in bed) the bedding was so dusty we would wake up every morning...

'Room and bed were alright. Check in was self done. Staff barely acknowledged us. We were put on the ground floor which was close to a function room that had a live band playing. We were not told about this or given an option if we didn’t want to be near the room. When I went to ask about it I was ignored by the bar staff for about 5 minutes until I butted in. There was no one on reception. I was told the band was playing till 10 but they would ask them to turn it down. The noise level didn’t...

'Mix of permanent residents and travellers in house which I hadn’t experienced before. Very informal check-in. No card details taken and a quick look at my licence on arrival for id. Car park had a few cars that have been there for years based on the layers of dust. The place is large enough to make 2 seperate residences for permanent guests and travellers.'
