'The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family.'

'Absolutely 5 stars for Roberta, who was communicative, friendly, professional and very hard-working as receptionist and office manager, breakfast manager and kitchen staff all in one. She helped us get in after hours, addressed an issue with the AC with urgency and a good temporary solution, and offered to make a variety of coffees at breakfast. Breakfast included bacon and scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, juices, pastries, coldcuts and cheese, bread options and besides the expected toppings also...

'A very great place to stay, not too far from the town. The rooms and the living area are cosy, a mix between an old building and a recent one. The check-in was interesresting, almost like a escape room, in order to find our way to our rooms. I had three rooms, so we needed to search a little bit, which keys were unlocking which doors, but this is a very small detail in the overall journey. A warthful welcome from the staff on breakfast, I recommend that place. '

'The host was a very nice man, incredibly welcoming and helpful. You get this sense that you're well taken care of. Definitely deserves 5stars. If you are a light sleeper you should be travelling with earplugs; motorbikes in the night could get a little noisy. I'm sure that's an issue everywhere if you are closer to a roadway.'

'This is a b&b, no clear access to property, walk up 3-4 flights of stairs to business card over bell, waited 20 minutes in scary stairwell for host. Went to get something to eat and on return the first key is street entry, second key is apartment entry and the third key is the one that didn’t work for entry to the room. Waited 20 min'

'Hotel is gelegen in een uithoek van de stad, waarbij in de naaste omgeving niets te vinden is, enkel een vuile en smerige buurt. 1 maal was de kamer niet gepoetst, dit zou onze eigen schuld zijn omdat we de kaart in de schakelaar hadden gelaten zodat de airco aan bleef. Eerdere dagen was het wel geen probleem. Doordat hierover een opmerking maakten was de kamer de volgende dag slecht gepoetst, vuile glazen bleven staan. 'Great staff. Large rooms are available for families (thus was our case). Three bathrooms were available, one kitchen and one fridge. There are regular evening activities through the week. People meet around the dining table and discuss. (You can stay in your room as well if you wish). In any case, we enjoyed very much that communal spirit. Highly recommend.'
