'This place is terrible. The elevator made alot of noise like its going to break down. I had to go to the front desk to get towels, the toilet seat was painted and chipping off, there is no where to hang your cloths or a coat up in the room and there is only one ice machine for the entire building and that was broken. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you lived in the projects and then you may feel at home..'

'This place did not look anything like it is shown online. The smell is ridiculous in the room. Couldn’t even stay there ended up leaving and going to a new hotel. Also no refund. Hot water was like non existent as well.'

'Dirty room, sheets and towels had brown spots. Jets in tub didn't work. Elevator feels VERY unsafe! No wifi and no cable tv on top floor. Water didnt get hot till the day we left. No ramp for luggage carts. Stairs are locked so in event of fire you are trapped as the elevator has a massive delay. Tried to speak to manager to no avail. Called several times since leaving to speak to manager and he is never in and does not return calls. This hotel is horrible and can be a death trap. '

'I gave this a 3 because of the house keeping. Each day we had to ask the front desk for towels after asking the housekeepers to provide fresh towels. Upon check out, the receptionist continued her conversation with her co-worker. I had to ask for the receipt and she never asked me if I enjoyed my stay or for my return business. I usually stay at Hilton hotels because I have never encountered this before.'
