'I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Before booking, I specifically chose this hotel because the room was advertised as having a partial ocean view. While there is technically a small glimpse of the ocean, you have to turn your head to a very specific angle to see it. The actual view from the room is overwhelmingly a parking lot. The photos and description on Expedia gave a very different impression, and I felt they were misleading. Parking...

'The property was really nice, the pool bar was more of a pizza place that served drinks. but right by the pool. There is a nice walkway to the beach. Not many restaurants in the area and they are very crowded in the evening. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not get to try that. Really nice place to stay!'

'The rooms were not the best, at all. I really don’t know how this place was rated very good (probably for the pools). I had a leaking faucet that was never addressed, broken toilet roll holder. We had several shower towels that had multiple dark/brown stains on them. We stayed there for 7 days/8 nights and the rooms were not vacuumed at all. I question if they clean at all. Housekeeping didn’t stock the rooms with the proper amount of towels, toilet paper…etc. We made several calls...

'Entree is somber. Ontbijt is een lachertje: papieren borden, plastic wegwerp bestek. Geen mogelijkheid om koffer achter te laten na het uitchecken. 'this is the dirties hotel I have ever stayed at in my 60 years of life. i have detailed videos, once we arrived at 2 am after driving for 11 hours I have to go out scouting for any place open to buy bed sheets and blankets as thier beds were covered by black mold and there was no reservations anywhere else at the time and I couldn't drive any further to look for another hotel.'
