Hôtel près de Musée du Folklore d'Urusvati (Gurgaon)

« Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements. »

« On arrival the room didn’t seem to have been cleaned. A comment was made to the duty manager and things were cleaned perfectly. The staff even made a Ganesh elephant from towels. A very nice gesture. In the restaurant, Tavleen was very gracious and polite. At the end of our stay, I was asked if I could be in a group photo (no problem) and I was presented with a smiling face pancake. It’s the little things that make a difference. »

« amazing stay and food »

« Overall had a good experience but floor 19 corridor carpet needs a cleaning as when you walk through to your room, It gives you very mouldy smell. »
