'Buen desayuno, personal super amable, el hotel es una casa antigua en perfecto estado: muebles elegantes cama con colchon excelente, solo el baño y la regadera son modernos con abundante agua caliente. Muy céntrico. 10/10'

'Nice hotel, Asian touches and nice decoration, black and white photographs. Big rooms, good showers. Breakfast a bit poor and outside. Location is,quite good (close to the central bus line nr 13, going downtown. However there is a lot of traffic noice, especially in the morning.'

'El staff es súper pesado. No volvería ni de loca, no me gustó para nada. Tuvimos una emergencia médica y no dejan entrar a la doctora a la habitación. El personal no fue nada empatico.'

'Hay 2 buenos. Uno es de Que se acepta CHECK-IN a partir de las 6 de la manana. Segudo es de Que el hotel esta ubicado muy cerca del terminal de autobus FDN donde se transporta a flores, Tikal. La zona del hotel esta muy ruido y la noche no recomiendo andar las calles despues de las 21 horas.'

'Clean property, convenient location, good food at the restaurant. More maintenance in the rooms, drainage in the shower wasn’t working properly, no hand towels, no washcloths and no shower mat, bath towels look old and no white anymore, faded. The phone in the room didn’t work. Friendly staff for sure. Yes if I need a place to stay I will go back'

'Don’t recommend stay more than one night They don’t have a microwave in the room there is no ac I asked them for a fan multiple times they ignored me as well as the WiFi not working.'

'The location of this hotel is great, even if the signage for it can be easy to miss. It's by tons of great shuco eateries and Z4 has a cosmopolitan, inclusive vibe. The room itself was rather hot and staff didn't have an extra fan for the room when we requested it. Rooms are not supplied with a lockbox.'

'It’s an original hotel from the 60’s Famous actors including Ronald Reagan, stayed there Cantinflas, Capulina Located in heart of Guatemala where the original buildings and cathedral stand Original stairway,, it’s unique, Nice dining room 10 minutes away from modern dining,, DENNYS restaurant Atmosphere is very quaint like going back in time If you’re the adventurous person it’s worth the stay If you’re wife isn’t well the room ceilings are 10’ high Back to the future ENJOY WE SURE...

'The staff treat me really good I felt very comfortable, the cost of transportation to the airport was very affordable and one thing I have to mention it is not a 5 star hotel but for me was more than enough thank you'
