'First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. 'Rooms very spacious and immaculately clean, very well designed and definitely worth the little extra considering nearly purple palace was £160 a night because there was a show on, multi storey carpark a few mins walk away and motorpoint arena is about 5 mins walk so works great if your going to a show and want to make a night of it, would definitely recommend '
