Hôtel près de Musée de l'Histoire militaire (Cowes)

« We loved staying at Albert Cottage. It is a unique property with beautiful historical furnishings and design. The breakfasts are wonderful. There is a lovely sitting room where we played cards. It has a nice restaurant. It is an easy walk to the fantastic Osborne House. There were a couple of small plumbing issues due to the age of the building but they were taken care of and not significant. We stayed in many places during our trip to the UK and loved this one in particular. »

« Booked a 3 night stay here.Great location, right opposite Osbourne House. Nice period property and room was spacious but tired in areas (shower had pieces of sealant hanging off and mould on the shower door). It would benefit from a good clean (eg dirty skirting boards, cobwebs, carpet stained). Hotel is situated on a main road so noisy even late at night with the windows open, although that didn't bother us. Had one evening meal here and one breakfast. Food was lovely although breakfast slow....

« Perfect location. Central to the island. Room was cool ..clean and quiet even above a pub. Breakfast was lovely »

« We had an ok stay. Overall there was a lot more good than bad. Positives: - Room and the rest of the hotel were nicely decorated, and more modern style than most nearby hotels - Cleanliness was good and the room was serviced efficiently - Breakfast was very good quality and the standard was fairly consistent - Three EV chargers and lots of parking. All chargers were Type 2, so if your car needs a CHAdeMO connector then you're out of luck, but they are uncommon now anyway. Charger was expensive...

« We love this place and the location. Highly recommend for a quiet re-charging yourself. »

« Very well maintained and fab to stay. We had dinner there and it was fabulous. I booked a table in advance. It was full when we were there, so would recommend booking ahead. Steak and shiraz with a peppercorn sauce. Breakfast was set out on a full table to help yourself with juices, cereal, pastry, croissants, toast and there were jams a plenty to chose, along with marmite. There were muffins and bars along with fruit basket. We were greeted and asked if wale would like tea or coffee. Staff...

« Affreux je trouve scandaleux que l’on débite une carte alors que nous avons pas pu venir suite à brittany ferrie qui a décider de partir une heure avant et maintenant on débite 133 e sur mon compte chèque c du Vol »

« The staff was very helpfull and friendly. Great food. »

« The room its self was clean but very tired. It was very cold as the window/door lets in a draught (old building) but we were provided with a large blanket on arrival but the electric fire in the room was more for decoration rather than heat. The staff were happy to help with our requests for extra towels and coffee. It was a very unique experience. »

« j'ai effectué un séjour de 11 jours sur l'Ile de Wight et j'ai beaucoup apprécié les nombreuses possibilités de visites et de randonnées »
