'Localização excelente, bem próximo à rua principal de San Pedro (Rua Caracoles). Luxo zero, tudo bem rústico. Camas confortáveis. Água quente do chuveiro vem em "ondas", esquenta, esfria, esquenta, esfria... Tomar banho no inverno deve ser complicado. Não é apenas um hotel, é uma "Casa Cultural", que tem alguns eventos, como aulas de dança e pintura. Ambiente extremamente agradável, anfitriã Silvana, sua mãe, e demais funcionários muito simpáticos. Português zero. Inglês e "portunhol", ok....

'Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Cama muito confortável. Hotel fica a 5 minutos de caminhada do Empório Andino e início da parte mais movimentada da Caracoles. A caminhada compensa a infra estrutura. Piscina, lhamas, restaurante no hotel, recepção aberta mesmo de madrugada, água disponível eatenção dos funcionários.'

'There are two sections of the property. One section is the regular room on the same side of the reception. The other section has all the cabins cross the street from the reception. The property is beautiful and unique. Very good location. Close to the center of the town. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Room (the cabin) is pretty good size for two people. You can refill the water from the restaurant. The only thing that bothers me (I am a super light sleeper) is the bird chirping in the...

'Tive problemas inicias na acomodação que foram muito bem geridos pela equipe do hotel posteriormente. O lugar é diferente de um hotel comum....a disposição dos quartos e áreas comuns se parece mais com uma grande casa de família do que propriamente com um hotel. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. O fato de não haver ar condicionado e frigobar prejudica um pouco a estadia. O café da manhã é pequeno, mas já pude perceber que isso é uma "cultura" nos hoteis do Chile. O fato de ter bicicleta...
