'Die FeWo Mecking liegt sehr nahe am Wattenmeer, fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Sie ist groß genug für 4 Personen und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Terrasse mit kleinee Rasenfläche und Friesenwall, sowie der Strandkorb sind sehr schön. Die Küche im EG und das Bad im Keller Bad sind fensterlos. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Keller haben je ein Fenster mit Blick auf einen Kellerschacht.'

'Die Unterkunft war okay, aber insgesamt eher durchwachsen. Die Bezeichnung 'Ferienwohnung' war etwas großzügig gewählt. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, und die Möbel wirkten stark abgenutzt und provisorisch. Hinzu kommt eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon – wer länger als bis 8 Uhr schlafen möchte, wird es schwer haben. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Durch die zentrale Lage war man aber schnell am Strand, Bahnhof etc.'
