'Our room and six other rooms were broken into and robbed. I’m not sure how they got the key to a door you need a key card to open it, but somehow they got into my room and six other rooms and took very valuable belongings. When asked the staff to review their cameras, they said we would have to make a police report, which makes no sense because it’s their establishment. 'El hotel está muy bien decorado, la habitación es muy cómoda, amplia, todo muy nuevo y limpio, sabanas con tacto muy agradable y el jabón del baño huele a cítricos. Las vistas desde la planta 5 espectaculares, veíamos hasta la catedral. Tiene el detalle de dejarte botellas para que puedas llenarlas de agua natural o con gas en una fuente de recepción.
