The perfect location for business or pleasure, the Sunny studio is within minutes of highways 101 and 880 and bikeable to all major public transportations (Bus, Lightrail, Caltrain). G@@gle at a walkable/cycling distance. Within walking distance of small shopping center with Starbucks, a mexican restaurant and Safeway grocery store. It is 2 miles from Mountain View Downtown/ Castro street which is a great area to hang out … to walk around & people watch, drink coffee, eat at a ethnic restaurant and browse some bookstores. There are plenty of restaurants, most of which have outdoor seating on the street. It is 5 minutes of walk from Crittenden Running track with a basket ball court. Minutes from Permanente Creek trail for cycling and walk. Close to Walmart, Costco, Target, Whole Foods, Safeway, 7-11 - neighborhood groceries

The Sunny studio is fully private and is attached to the main house on the property . There is a small private fenced patio.
Other things to note
Street Parking

The studio shares a wall with another Airbnb listed home ( middle of everywhere) but has its own entrance and fence. There is no door between the other house and the studio.
