The house was small but cute, older but somewhat modernized. The backyard was shared with two other houses, so no private hangout. The heating unit was in the kitchen, so it warmed it, and the living room, but the bedrooms were chilly-thankfully there were two extra blankets. One of the outlets in the back room was not working, and the door is tricky to close, so we didn't have it shut as much as we wanted. The many light switches kind of drove me nuts figuring out. There was only the one living room TV,and no couch/pull-out, just a loveseat, so we brought an air mattress for my kid, as my adult kid took the room. Some curtains were see-through, and no curtain on the giant kitchen window, so the lack of privacy bothered me. Oddly, there is a frozen turkey, and two years expired baby formula in a cupboard. I was disappointed at the lack of kitchen and bathroom amenities-especially no coffee maker, and only four towels for four people, for four days. We even had to buy a plunger to clear a clog. The shower door also was tricky to close, and there is no counter, so a few things sat on the windowsill. The cleanliness was okay, but it had been some time since a deep clean-especially the bathroom and shower, and finding four years old male enhancement pills on the back room closet shelf, when grabbing the extra blankets. Overall, it was not a bad stay, but it could have been much better. I hope this helps improve the quality of the home for better future guest comfort.
