« We LOVED our weekend getaway at Rover's Retreat!! Our pups made full use of all of the smells within the large, fenced outdoor area. The home itself was clean and cozy with all the big touches (fully supplied kitchen, washer/dryer, quality linens/bedding) and small touches (bug screen on the door so we could enjoy the cool mountain air while cooking and letting our pups roam outside, traction strips on the wood stairs, providing a flashlight and dry firewood) to make our stay perfect. « Great property just a couple of minutes to Highlands. Check in was easy, kitchen well stocked (bring your own coffee/keurig pods), house was very clean, nice updates, beautiful setting, quiet and lovely neighborhood. Even had a bear in the backyard one day! Can’t really think of any downsides. It was great for our family of 3. 2 adults and a 2 year old. Given the daybed/trundle in bedroom 2, not sure how comfortable it would be for 4 given the second bedroom is small. Overall great, great...

« Loved being right on the water. It was a short drive to waterfalls and the highlands downtown. We loved the visiting the dry falls which was only about 10 min drive from the property. Additionally, it was nice to just hang at the house, play in the water and grill out dinner. We plan on returning soon! »

« Everything was exactly like the pictures. The only difference is a, “WOW” when you actually walk in. The layout is fantastic. All the updated appliances are such a great plus. We had such a great stay have already booked our next one. Thank You Liz, for when we talked and what a great host you are. »

« We loved our stay at the Red Top Treehouse! It was the perfect mountain getaway, peaceful, beautiful, and so well thought out. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, making it easy to cook and enjoy dinner on the deck. The entire place was spotless and welcoming, and our host, Joann, was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this little slice of mountain heaven! »

"L'hôtel est situé dans un golf au bord d'un superbe lac. Le cadre est très beau. Les chambres étaient propres mais je pense qu'une rénovation sera à prévoir. Seuls regrets : je devais avoir une vue sur le lac et j'en ai eu une sur le parking! et le golf est en travaux ce qui génère beaucoup de bruits toute la journée. impossible de prendre un verre en terrasse par exemple. "
