'The condo was just as advertised. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. It was very clean and had plenty of dishes and utensils. All of the rooms stayed pretty cool. We were worried about that after seeing the reviews but it was fine. Response times were quick when we had questions. This was a great stay and we would 100% recommend it.'

'This was the perfect little spot for our quick get away. Being right there on the water was relaxing and beautiful! Only about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 10 minutes from the Ouachita State Park, in the quiet country side. Very clean and comfy. The hosts are easy to get in touch with and respond in a timely manner.'

'Location is convenient to several local attractions. The setting is relaxing with perfect sunrise views and sunsets. The condo was stocked with all you need to cook from seasonings to cookware. The club house has a nice welcoming atmosphere and restaurant if that’s more your idea of a getaway. Highly recommend. Rooms are spacious and patio is peaceful. '

'Very nice condo, the bed was so comfortable but it is very tall so you have to use a stool to get in and out. Pillows need an upgrade. Terrible noise when the unit above uses their water. It was so loud you couldn’t even talk to each other. Fortunately they didn’t use it for long and you couldn’t hear it in the bedroom. Otherwise, the unit was very nice and clean. The back porch area is shared with the other units and you have to park along the fence so that wasn’t idea. Overall, I would...

'Everything was beautiful. The unit was comfortable. We sat on the back patio on the lake for breakfast. It was our first trip to Hot Springs but wevwill be back and hope to rent this unit again. '

'The place was in a great location and everything we needed was there, beds were comfortable and the host responded to my questions quickly and was most helpful.'

'There wasn’t anything for the oven, ie: cake pan, pizza pan. Also not much for dish clothes and dish towels. We did a long term stay so felt it should have included some of those items. '
