'This hotel goes above and beyond hospitality. They are absolutely amazing. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The front desk individuals or employees are so friendly they make you feel like you’re at your own home. There’s not enough I can say about this property. They deserve the hospitality award of the year.'

'The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the fitness center equipment wasn't fully functional. But the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a quick stay while on a road trip.'

'I have stayed at this property before in the past(2025). They are currently putting a huge addition on, so I get that there’s a lot of dust. But the tops of all the furniture were covered in dust. Clearly the housekeepers didn’t wipe anything down! Not to mention there wasn’t any parking. I hope that next year 2027, they are cleaner. I like the location from spooky nook.'

'Overall - very good & very close to the airport. Some of a few negatives - no charging station in room. Gym was small & indoor pool was small. Other than those small issues - everything went well. We also visited during mayfly season. Would be great if you were an entamologist. :)'

'Overall, it felt like the hotel was cutting corners at every opportunity, at the expense of guest comfort. The weekend breakfast was minimal — scrambled eggs, bread, milk, juice, yogurt, coffee, and waffle mix, all of the cheapest quality. The curtains didn't close all the way, and every light fixture was covered in dust and stains. We even found a live spider on our bed. We booked a suite (king bed + sofa bed) for 2 adults and 2 children, and the room came with only 2 sets of towels. When...

'The hotel overall was great! The only issue we had is the pretty small pool is used by a swim instruction company certain days/hours. It would have been nice to have known that in advance. The pool size doesn’t really allow for roping off an area for the students/ instructors to allow for paying guests to use the pool. Had I known that from 4-8 on every Thursday evening the pool was basically inaccessible, I could have chosen another hotel.'
