'A gorgeous place to stay. We loved our time at Aquila and felt so relaxed and refreshed being there. The room was clean and cosy, especially with the fire on. The amenities were fantastic and the bottle of bubbly readily enjoyed! We both found the bed to be comfortable and had a real quality night's sleep. Couldn't fault it, thank you for having us! '

'The staff at this hotel need some basic customer service training. Young girl wearing glasses on reception continued working on her computer while we waited for a simple greeting and you could tell it was an effort for her to check us in. The lady with henna tattoos on departure was also rude and unfriendly. Hotel otherwise was nice. '

'If you like nature and quiet only an Uber removed from the center this is a great place to go. We took an Uber from Melbourne center and walked everything else through forests and mountains. Nice staff too!'

'Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day. We were staying for 2 nights only. The first night was unbearable. Kids woke up in the middle of the night as the upstairs rooms were very very hot. So...

'The location is not pretty, but convenient when traveling through the area. The all you can eat buffet of the hotel next door of the same chain is wonderful and easy. Clean, modern accommodation. '
