Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en voorzieningen
This hotel was “Hands Down” the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed.
When walking into our room we noticed the dingy decor but we were exhausted and the bed looked comfy and the room temp was a wonderful break for the 102 degree weather outside. When getting into bed we noticed someone had left a charger in the covers. This clearly meant the sheets in our room hadn’t been changed. But we decided it was too late to pet dressed, pack up and go looking for another room; sooo we grabbed our pillows and a blankets from our car and tough it ou for the night.
In the morning when seeing the bathroom in the light and its full glory , there was black mold n the shower curtain & on the grout lines. Not only was there mold but there was pubic hairs in the shower walls, bath tub floor and shower curtain!
I walked down to the front desk to request the bathroom to be cleaned before we showered. However the guy working the front desk was busy trying to get the complementary breakfast ready (this was at 7:10am. He breakfast hours were from 6:30am-19am). He was so behind that the only things he managed to get were stale muffins, coffee and dried cereal . No fruit, eggs, toast, waffles or oatmeal….The guy was so busy fending off cranky breakfast goers that I didn’t bother asking about the shower. We just packed up and left!
