Hotels met restaurant in Mount Gambier

'OK, so it's a real prison. And we were staying off-season, and by chance we were the only guests there that night... and the check-in was all automatic. So the whole thing was kind of surreal as we walked around the prison yard, reading the signs about historic prison life etc. You REALLY get the vibe of being in an old gaol, so don't stay there if you're going to get freaked out by things like that. Beds were comfortable, room had everything we needed, but again remember: prison vibe. On the...

'Zeer mooi authentiek hotel, zeer ruime kamer en mooie originele badkamer.'

'We only stayed for 1 night on the way to Adelaide but the hotel was excellent. Our room was huge, the food in the hotel was of a high standard and the staff couldn't have done enough to help us.'

'Clean, nothing to complain about!'

'The room was old, and in need of a refurbishment . I’d like to say that it was clean and well maintained but it wasn’t . The sofa was so filthy you couldn’t sit on it, there was “unsanitary human residue” on the walls and I didn’t feel comfortable being in the room . The pictures on the booking platform are totally misleading and in no way are representative of the accommodation offerings. When we approached staff about this they agreed but said it was not their issue.

Goed kingsize bed. '

'Leuk motel op de route langs The Great Ocean Road . Vriendelijk ontvangen en ruime kamer'

'De kamer was netjes'

'Clean room. We were in deluxe. Good value .'

'The motel was ok for one night. Clean but outdated. Convenient in the centre of town, easy to find and parking at the motel.'

'Absolutely appalling and unacceptable behaviour from the motel owner! We simply wanted to extend our stay for one night, but due to poor communication between reception and staff, the owner turned up at our door without even knocking and rudely demanded why we were still there, insisting we pay first. We had absolutely no issue paying, but his arrogant, grumpy and disrespectful attitude was completely unnecessary. Such disgraceful customer service from someone running a hospitality business! A...
