'We loved staying at those charming pub. Staff were all happy, helpful and efficient, the pub is well cared for and beautifully decorated. Our room read lovely, comfortable, week appointed and nice and clean. The only exception was that the old windows and picture trail in the bathroom need a more thorough clean, but nothing major. Lovely personalised touches and really good food! Would definitely stay again.'

'Easy to find, just off the A38 towards Bristol. The area surrounding pub is quite busy, as the pub is in a busy village centre. It’s also not a quint essential country pub, it’s a busy local hub. The staff were great from start to finish, really friendly and chatty, made us feel right at home. We chose the pub due to its location within walking distance to the Thatchers Brewery (30mins). It was an easy straightforward walk. The room was bright, clean and spacious. It had everything we need....

'Arrived checked in after a few minutes. Nice clean rooms All the staff on when i stayed were attentive and very friendly Lovely little Pub/Restaurant area. Food was excellent quality. Road noise isn't excessive, as its situated on the main road, so dont let that put you off. My self and business partner will be booking accommodation again a couple of time in 26 when we are down in the area on work. '

'Our hosts Sarah & Andy could not have been more welcoming - absolutely wonderful, friendly people who went out of their way to look after us.     "De locatie is absoluut prachtig. Tussen de heuvels en weilanden in, maar op rijafstand van alle belangrijke voorzieningen en mooie plekjes om te bezoeken. We hadden onze hond ook mee en die heeft naar hartenlust kunnen rennen. Het huisje was schoon, netjes en de jacuzzi een absoluut pluspunt. Ook de aanwezige bbq heeft gezorgd voor heerlijke maaltijden. De eigenaresse en haar familie doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken, geven veel informatie en zijn super gastvrij. Wij raden een verblijf in Nyland, vlakbij Cheddar, immens aan! "
