'I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm. 'Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). 'The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. Google maps cannot find the address so we followed the instructions given. It mentions a car show room that it is not there anymore (a convenient Tesco instead).
