'When we arrived we found the room was full of dust ( above the closet , the dresser and even the blankets were dusty). The elevator was out of the service all the time. The WiFi doesn’t work. The only thing that was working was the AC. It’s near to the Roma Termini and 30 min walk to the center of Rome. There’s no reception so you have to WhatsApp the person in charge of this place. We had to request to clean the room after our second day and they even said the cleaned the room when they did not...

'The apartment was amazing, we stayed with three adults two kids, the rooms were big, modern, clean, excellent location. I saw some reviews that were negative on google post booking and I was a little worried but I didn’t need to be. Would come back if I was in Rome again.'

'Das Apartment ist hübsch sauber und ganz modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist toll und es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation war am Ende ganz toll und einfach Hand zu haben. Wir hatten nur das Pech, das bei Expedia erst die falsche Adresse genannt wurde . Das hat dann kurzfristig zu einem Missverständnis geführt. Es konnte sich dann aber klären, indem wir die Person, mit der ich die ganze Zeit in Kontakt war, die richtige Straße genannt hat, Alles in allem eine wunderbare Oase,...

'This was very up and down. We ended up here because our original accommodation was canceled at the last minute and this was the only thing Expedia had available. We were on the top floor. 'Pleasant, comfortable apartment. Unfortunately, it was 90 degrees F and the air conditioner in the bedroom went out and didn't get fixed until after we left. Otherwise the place was great.'
