'This Cabin was beautifully located at the top of Hidden Hills with incredible views of the valley and mountains! The master bedroom on the 3rd floor was huge with roomy bathroom and walk in closet. 'The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten '
