« One of the best stays we have ever experienced and we are well travelled. The accommodation is excellent and Keith and Kate were outstanding hosts. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We went into Lytham which is lovely, did the Parkrun at Lytham Hall which was a gorgeous route and walked into St Annes which again is lovely. The accommodation is virtually on the seafront and another lovely walk. »

« From the minute we arrived the hosts could not have been more accommodating We arrived around 2.30pm and with limited parking on the street their was no spare spaces but Phil kindly moved his so we could park right outside this goes along way in my book Room was nice and clean as you expect My only worry was going to be the shower as stayed in few hotels in Blackpool where the pressure has been rubbish but this shower did not disappoint Their was a bar at night and the prices very cheap...

« Easy walking distance to the North Pier. Clean rooms and the owner was very helpful and friendly. Best place I’ve stayed at in Blackpool so far. Will be staying there again. Breakfast was great too.❤️ »

« The host is very welcoming and accomodating. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and a great breakfast is provided in a light and airy breakfast room. The trams stop hust a minutes walk away (Cliffs hotel stop) but the seafront walks from the hotel are breathtaking. Highly recommended. »

« The staff were great. Had a really good salad. Nice pub and restaurant area But, the room needed a good paint. Shower needs the mould cleaned off to and the worst part was the mattress Thankfully i got an extra duvet to use as a "topper" to try and get a few hours sleep in »

« The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and the room was a high standard for the price. We got upgraded to a larger room because it was quiet which honestly made our trip so much better as we had a lovely bay window overlooking the sea rather than just a standard window. The breakfast provided had a good selection of cereals and the hot food was tasty and served very quickly. The staff were all very friendly and nothing felt like to much trouble for them. « Superbe lodge en bord de lac. Spacieux, confortable, cuisine américaine aménagée. Balcon. SDB, 2 toilettes. Très propre. Personnel très accueillant. Seul bémol, il faut ajouter £10 pour avoir accès à la piscine. »
