'What a place!! We stayed as a family of 4 (2 children 10/12) in an Oceanfront view room. Large double bed and 2 day beds for the kids! Clean and well appointed with a daily freshen up! We had the best time. So relaxing! A much calmer/quieter stretch of coastline (away from the busyness of Hiriketiya/ Weligama etc. Nice infinity pool to laze about in and plenty of sun loungers/cabanas for sunning, reading, drinking. 'We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again'

'We loved our stay at coco tangalla. The staff was welcoming and kind and the location was amazing. The property is beautiful with a great pool and beautiful view of the beach (although you can’t swim there because of the rocks, but it’s great to watch crabs in the rock pools!) - food was very tasty (egg hoppers were especially good) and the room was comfortable and practical (not huge in itself but the bed was comfy and there was storage for our bags under the bed, and the bathroom was big)....
