You book on line and you are told the check in and out times and that your door will be unlocked and the key on the table. Same way at check out. Leave door unlocked and key on the table. No staff is present. Actually, the door was locked 30 minutes past check in necessitating a call to the contact #. Someone showed maybe 10min. later. The water from the faucet was cloudy. « From the time of booking to the time of check out the host and staff were amazing and communicated so well. We had zero issues or concerns but had we needed them they were readily available. We will be booking again, so much fun even with the rain and busy weekend. It was very clean and just as described lots of extras that my kids enjoyed. »
