'As we were leaving and gathering our belongings we noticed mold in the vent! Like full blown mold and water damage to the water with water condensation. We turned off the ac and the smell was obvious mold. We let them know as we were checking out and they didn’t really seemed bothered by it. We had the ac running and we’re breathing that crap in.'

Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'The hotel was located in a great area. Our room was so quiet, we heard nothing from the road or other rooms. The bed was comfy, pillows were ok, I prefer feather over foam. We had small issues with charging functionality on the bedside tables that weren’t resolved. So we used a power strip from the floor. We had drinks & appetizers at Astra which was very nice & very reasonably priced. The staff were wonderful. And having a free car service, as long as you were within 5 miles was great, as the...
