'Beautiful home with kind, communicative hosts. This is a very quiet community with strict lake rules, be mindful of booking with a rowdy or loud group. House had really nice amenities and was easy to find.'

The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything...

'Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.'

The bedrooms are a little bit small but well appointed, and the convenience of the washer and dryer was a plus, as we stayed 9 nights.
