On top of that, VRBO’s “policy” doesn’t allow same day bookings, so instead of being able to enjoy my first night away in a long time, I was forced to spend what should have been time with friends scrambling to find somewhere reasonably priced to stay. 'Owner forgot about our reservation and never gave us an access code. There wasnt a backup plan through VRBO other than cancelation and refund. The owner was working and not available for communication.'
