« Excellent location for everything Wetumpka. We love staying here when we visit this area. It is bright and airy. We especially love the Christian decor and positive vibes of this cute house. Everything is easy access and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place! »

« Property has a beautiful view, and worked excellent for our fishing adventure. If ya need breakfast in am go by Kims Mkt. (We were addicted) »

« I was very pleased by my stay. The place was incredibly clean. The layout was very nice with all sorts of collectables and such that added to the ambiance. Kitchen was very well equipped. The bath towels were not some cheap KMart models. Heck they were thicker than I've found in some Hotels. Strongly recommend a stay. »

« The home was beautiful! We came to the area for the Air Force graduation. It was close to town and the base. There was more than enough room for all 6 of us. The Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels, wash rags, tissues for the bathrooms. It was a little musty smelling the first day but then it went away. Overall a Beautiful older home! We would recommend this place if you have a large group coming to the area. »

« Charming. The renovations are top-notch. Very nice. Spacious. Modern. Conveniently located near Alabama State University, Crampton Bowl, and downtown. Two parking spaces in back, convenient store across the street. »

« Great stay. Will consider another stay.Two items property owner might want to know. Stove eyes won’t maintain temperature & water leak on the outlet side of water heater. »

« The check in was great. Was met at the door and walked through the home. Great ammmenities, plenty of space. Well worth the cost »

« This property has just about everything you could need. Kayaks, peddle boat, plenty of life vests nice large area off the main lake and away from the busy wakes and waves. Easy water access for swimming and shallow enough for the really little's to still get in and enjoy. If the weather gets bad, the game room is there to save the day !!! Property management/owners are responsive and helpful. Love this house and we WILL be booking it again !!! »

« I am so happy to have found Barefoot Bungalow! It is a lovely place in a beautiful and peaceful setting. You cannot help but to be relaxed from the minute you arrive. My family, including our fur baby, had an absolutely wonderful time. We did not want to leave, and we will be back. »

« Owner did an excellent job restoring a historic house. Everything was clean and in working order. Located only a few minutes away from riverwalk. My wife, sister-in-law, and I had a wonderful stay. Owner was very responsive to emails.So much better than staying in a hotel !!! »
