Hello from Monteverde. We appreciate taking the time to share your thoughts of your stay at our lodge. We are sorry that it was not the right fit for you. At our webpage we do provide a clear description of what is included and what isn't, including our Conservation Fee. Also the photos compliment the descriptions. We do want to clarify that the public roads in Monteverde are maintained by the government. We sincerely hope that you had a great time exploring the cloud forest of Monteverde and Costa Rica.

Hola Samy, gracias por su retroalimentación. Nuestro desayuno es hasta las 9:30 y siempre está en nuestra disposición ampliarlo dependiendo de la situación. ¿Lo comentó con nuestra gerencia del lodge? En cuanto a la salida, tenemos las horas establecidas y si la habitación no se necesita para otros huéspedes en la tarde, se puede extender un poco la estadía. Esperamos que haya disfrutado explorando el bosque nuboso de Monteverde.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback of your stay. After our major renovation, some of the room still lacked some complimentary furniture and decoration. We hire small, local artisans to make them and the volume of work took them longer. The outside fire pit will remain covered if there are strong winds for security of guests and infrastructure. Your comments have been relayed to our management. We can only improve! Regardless, we hope you had a great time exploring the cloud forest of Monteverde!
