Villa Pistoia, an antique 18th century Tuscany villa, is located between Pistoia and Lucca, near the town of Montecatini Terme, making it the ideal place for those who want to discover the Northern area of Tuscany while having the privacy of a villa with pool. The centre town of Montecatini Terme, famous for its thermal waters, is only 5 minutes’ drive from the villa, where you can find restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets and more.

From the villa, you are within driving distance for day trips into Florence, Lucca, Versilia beaches, Siena and not to mention, the numerous vineyards of the area for wine tastings. The property has its own private park with private swimming pool, amongst olive groves and cypress trees.

Restored in good taste, the villa develops over two levels.

On the ground floor we have a bright and spacious room with dining table, large TV, fireplace and kitchen corner with direct access to the garden. There is one bedroom that can be set up as a twin or a double bed (by pushing the beds together) and a bathroom with shower. A second double bedroom with bathroom with shower has recently been added.

On the first floor we have the living area with sofas, pool table, TV and large windows overlooking the countryside. The sleeping area on this floor consists of two double bedrooms, one bedroom that can be twin or double (by pushing the beds together), two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with tub and shower.

Outside, the villa offers a private and heated swimming pool (9×4m; deep1.5; Open from 01 April - 30 October) set apart from the villa, equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. There is a covered gazebo with table and chairs for al-fresco meals, and a table tennis in the garden.
