'Wow! What a fabulous experience. Our host, Marili was so amazing! Her communication was spot on. She was so friendly from our first interaction and continued through our last. She transported us from the airport to the flat. We then enjoyed an authentic home cooked meal in her home. Wow! The view from the flat is beyond anything we could have imagined, with a small balcony where we sat and enjoyed the Italian chatter from the restaurants below. 'The location was lovely, with beautiful and relaxing hot spring fed pools and a great spa area for treatments. the apartment was adequate but the furniture and kitchen applicances coud be better. The sofa was not comfortable as it was old and had the cushion worn out; the kitchen needs a coffee maker and a few more hand tools; it would be nice to have salt and pepper; oil and vinegar; and paper towels on hand. we had to buy all those things for a short four day stay. '
