Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa is a lovely stone building with shared pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The villa / farmhouse / home has a total of five private units. The property can sleep up to 30 people comfortably in 15 bedrooms with 15 bathrooms.

LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.

In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.

Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.

A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.

After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills and the lake perfect for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. Also available outside are a playground, patio and barbecue grill. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. La Rimessa is a beautiful stone building having a total of five independent apartments that is conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa, among other amenities, includes also pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet.

Fienile is a four-bedroom unit with four bathrooms that is built on two levels and can accommodate up to eight guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight people.
