« A beautifully appointed condo in a great location! Very easy distance to & from the downtown shops & restaurants. Including shuttle pick up to Strawberry Hot Springs. The binder was full of helpful information & Chris was easy to contact & speak with. We enjoyed our morning lattes on the garden level patio with a great view of the hot air balloons too! Will definitely return to explore more of what Steamboat has to offer. »

« All hand and bath towels were dirty. Showing stains of past users, and lazy cleaners. Upon check in, the back door of the unit was left open. The room smelled of stagnant air, like walking into a moist cloud of poorly aged oxygen. »

« Incredibly disappointed in how our check in came together. There was much confusion that, unfortunately cost us a day of our vacation with little flex from the management about what happened in our situation. Additionally, the place doesn't have any current information about Steamboat. All of the magazines and info are at least 2 years old. And there was no information about where the hot tub and pool were so we didn't get to experience that either. So all in all it was a lack luster...

« Everything was perfect, I just had bad luck that the key was not left in the lock and it took me more than an hour for them to answer me and be able to enter and it was thanks to the security man who helped us and the only one who answered immediately »
