'They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. When we asked to be transferred to another room with better view, the reception staff were not accepting that until they sent someone to try to fix all these issues.

'Friendly staff'

'Excellent location, walkable to the centre. On-site parking was very convenient and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great rooms - large, clean and comfortable, and a good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.'

'I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and apartments, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced an apartment as clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained as yours. The bed, pillows, bedding, and the overall comfort and atmosphere of the apartment deserve a 10+ rating! Everything was absolutely perfect, and I truly felt at home. I will definitely be returning in the future, and I will happily recommend your accommodation to all my friends and family.'

'Vriendelijke mensen, nette kamers! '

Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt.'

'One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff. Would 100% stay here again!'

'The spa was phenomenal with deep pool, sauna, steam room, and hit tube. I have never seen such an excellent spa. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Even had a breakfast to go.'

' Centraal gelegen hotel met parking. Mooie inrichting en gratis ontbijt.'

'Magnifique tout je recommande Très beau séjour!!!'

'Clean and perfectly acceptable room situated in the heart of the city. This is not a luxury hotel but an affordable and sensible choice for someone requiring a convenient base in Sarajevo. Staff were most helpful and organised a fixed price airport transfer which was better than using a taxi.'
