A "modern" style villa where the elegance of form and color reigns, near Monsummano Terme. The villa is the perfect place for those who want a holiday in total privacy, relaxation and tranquility in the Tuscan countryside but who also want to be able to move easily. The main cities of art, such as Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano, Vinci and Siena are a stone's throw away, as are the famous seaside resorts of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio) and Montecatini and Grotta Giusti, famous for their thermal baths natural.

Detached villa (340 sqm) sleeps 10 + 3, spread over two floors and equipped with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The ground floor is composed of various open spaces; thanks to glass doors and skylights, a luminous atmosphere is created dominated by light colors such as white, brown and beige. The open spaces on the ground floor are divided into a dining room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, stove, bar with fridge and icemaker, comfortable sofa and satellite TV.
Also on the same floor there is a wellness center with heated indoor whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, 2 heated relaxation beds and a splendid view of the outdoor area; two changing rooms with WC and showers and a bathroom with WC, which can also be used by people with disabilities. The perfect place to relax after a day spent visiting the surrounding cities and the beauties of Tuscany.
On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom, suitable for the disabled, with en-suite bathroom with shower and disabled access. The room has a private access to the garden.
Finally the laundry with washing machine, ascoigatrice, iron and ironing board.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are 4 double bedrooms with a refined and minimalist design, all with private bathroom with shower and satellite TV. Three of the bedrooms also have a single bed.
Finally, there is a TV room with a large corner lounge. This area can only be reached by a lift from the spa.
The villa is surrounded by a large well-kept garden with a large L-shaped swimming pool and is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, 2 showers etc. Thanks to the wooden pergola with curtains the lounge area next to the pool is perfect for relaxing moments, with a good book and a prosecco. The kitchen leads to an external pergola where it is possible to eat and taste local products. In the garden there is also a barbecue area. There is ample parking outside the gates, but still on the property.

The villa is located about 1.5 km from Cintolese, a town reachable on foot where we find a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bar and bank, as well as a restaurant and pizzeria.
For sports lovers, less than 2 km away is the "La Pievaccia" Golf Club with an 18-hole course.

Local taxes of € 0,70 per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to 12 years of age, people with handicaps with assistants are not required to pay the tourist tax.

Cancellation and Payment: At the moment of booking the sum equal to 30% of the total amount must be sent by means of bank transfer.
The balance must be sent 6 weeks before arrival. all payments are not refundable
