This beautifully renovated vacation rental is a 3-room apartment of 115 m2 situated on the 3rd floor, offering a south-facing position with marvellous panoramic views of the sea, the bay, and the town. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 generously sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious living and dining room spans 40 m2 and features a panoramic window and direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm mattresses and is served by a shower and WC, with its own exit to the terrace. The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 double bed of 2 x 80 cm and benefits from a bath and shower, also with direct terrace access. A separate WC completes the bathroom facilities. The open kitchen, designed around a cooking island, is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a freezer, and also opens onto the terrace. The apartment features 2 terraces: a south-facing roofed terrace of 20 m2 and an east-facing roofed terrace of 12 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs.
