The White House – Beausoleil Villa with Monaco & Sea Views

Stay just above Monaco at The White House, a spacious private villa in Beausoleil with beautiful views towards Monaco and the Mediterranean.

The villa sleeps up to 8 guests, with three bedrooms, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, air conditioning and four separate patios and terraces. Its location makes it an excellent base for enjoying Monte Carlo and the French Riviera while staying in the quieter surroundings of Beausoleil.

Sleeping arrangements

The villa has three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. One pair can be joined and prepared as a double with a mattress topper when requested in advance. A double sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for two guests.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and there is an additional fourth bathroom.

Outdoor living

One of the highlights of The White House is its extensive outdoor space. Guests can enjoy four different patio and terrace areas, including outdoor seating and dining areas with views towards Monaco.

The lower patio features a BBQ and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen beneath a gazebo. There is also another BBQ area beside the indoor kitchen.

A jacuzzi can be prepared for guests by advance arrangement for an additional €200 per use.

For special occasions and private gatherings, use of the outdoor event kitchen can also be arranged in advance for €300 per use.

Location

The villa is at 2 Chemin Romain in Beausoleil, immediately above Monaco. Pedestrian routes and public stairways connect the surrounding area with Monaco below, while the property is also accessible by road.

Monte Carlo’s restaurants, shopping, attractions and nightlife are within easy reach, while the wider Côte d’Azur — including Cap d’Ail, Menton, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Nice and the Italian Riviera — can be explored from the villa.

Additional features

The villa has air conditioning and heating, a smart-lock entry system and parking for up to four cars. Dogs are welcome.

Final cleaning after checkout is included. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra charge, payable directly to the cleaning team.
