Vind je ideale hotel in Mollepata

'We booked 2 days before our stay, and on arrival we were told the the hotel was over booked and a room in another hotel had been arranged for us. We were moved to Hostal Rio Dorado, which was once of the worst hotels I have stayed in. It was extremely loud, both from the inside and out, we had a room facing the street on which people were talking until 2am (not helpful when we woke up at 4am to walk to Machu Picchu), the toilet ran all night and was leaking on the bathroom floor, there was a 5%...

'This was incredible. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this may not be for you , but if you want a real authentic experience with an incredible view , I mean incredible. (This is saying a lot as I am from Alaska and have a high level of expectation for views ) the family that runs the base camp and restraint were so sweet this was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had in my life. Can’t wait to plan my trip back here! '

'This property is located is walking distance to the train station, shopping and restaurants. There was no air-conditioning in any of the rooms. However, the weather was splendid, so it was actually not needed. The staff was incredibly kind and generous. There’s also a laundromat right across the street. A little pricey, but after.'

'Cool location, nice room with our own plunge pool but, very big but, the dinner is horrible. Really bad food, advice is just walk into town and grab a burger!!!'

'Such friendly staff! Quick check in. Clean, recently renovated room. Great breakfast served from 5am to allow for early Machu Picchu visitors. Great amenities. Sad I didn’t have time to use the jacuzzi. Incredible central location too. Quiet at night. '

'The sheets were stained and dirty, the location is extremely noisy, very thin walls and windows. You can hear the noise in the street until 3 AM.. not recommended for a relaxing stay. The whole room just felt dirty. Other than that, the price was good.'

Elegant approach overall they thought about every detail for us from welcoming us carrying our bags to the hotel. Then offering free amazing dinner with good service. You can always find water at every corner and even apples. Hotel is 2mins max walking distance from the train and right by machu pichu bus station. Hotel is at the middle of everything....
