We contacted the host with our request for a partial refund and his response was that he would get back to us. It’s been two weeks and we haven’t heard a thing. While we were staying in the Luxury Living home we had no hot water. Rather than send a repair man he sent his maintenance man with no parts to fix whatever was wrong. Again the next day we continually reached out and he said someone was coming. It wasn’t a repair man! This should have been considered an emergency! It was such an incredible inconvenience as we were there to attend my mom’s funeral. We had children and a baby and no hot water. While this home is large it had many other challenges that we would have overlooked because we were there for a funeral. All though the host responded when we reached out he did not fix the problem and did not keep us informed or to apologize! Please help us to get a refund!
